^^ word
my girl is barely 5' tall, 110 soaking wet and a ginger. I tell her all the time her driving Sucks and she turns into the incredible hulk. I didn't involve her when I purchased my jeep so she doesnt want any of my advice when it comes to her vehicle. Lol I guess we will just have to see how this plays out

There's the problem. Never involve yourself with a redheaded female. Nothing but trouble. Trust me, I know.

Stay home then. Let her go buy her ride.

I have to take her to the dealership. She can drive whatever she wants. Like I said her car her decision. As long as she doesn't pick out a explorer I won't tell her to choose different. But I will have a big fat "I told u so" waiting if the time ever comes

Just give up. That settles it. She'll buy a KJ because her friend has one.

If the 02-03s look better she'll buy one of them even if you tell her the engines have problems. Keep your fingers crossed the 05 has leather and a sunroof and the 02-03s are ugly. Lol.

If she buys an 02-03 I'd break up with her.

lmao

Regarding the manual thing, I completely agree, however as more and more studies surface showing a big difference in hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness I'm a little more forgiving of females that can't manage to drive a stick well. I'd much rather someone pay attention to the road and other cars than try to concentrate on shifting if there's little chance of the behaviour becoming second nature. I dunno about where you guys live but anywhere outside of a city I'd advocate learning on a stick... here that'd be suicide lol

I'd rather some females just take the bus.

Yeah, that would be a lot safer for certain people lol.

Some of the most dangerous drivers on the roads are mothers with kids in the car. They're not paying attention to where they're going at ALL. It's not a sexist thing... go watch how often drivers of minivans are doing what they're supposed to be doing.

They should be smacking the **** out of the kids before they get in the car so they'll behave.

I'd drop her off and have nothing to do with it then. Not the testing, the purchase, the upkeep, the call from the side of the road in the middle of the night, none of it.

Might want to give this relationship a real serious review if things are that conflicting.

And seriously not intermix finances :O

Trust me, spent 15 married to a redhead who thought she "knew it all frrom her daddy" yet a phillips screwdriver was a????? you gotit, "plus head". Couldn't even replace a damn radiator hose with being walked through it.

Now I have a great little number who KNOWS whats she's talking about, doesn't argue and looks damn sexy with 1/2" breaker bar cranking on some axle bolts (also at 5'2" and 100 )
