i would do it, and pay pal will urge him to send it and if he dont his score gose down, btw if any one ever trys to talk to you out side of pay pal, about payments they could be frauding you, and pay pal looks down on it it is all there some where

Except that he sent it as a "gift" and because of that paypal cant help him.

I say if by a weeks time he doesn't do anything then get serious with his messages. Send em through pay pal and here.

As stated not when you send it as a gift. This is why you should NEVER send anyone a paypal payment as a gift. I've been burned myself, you live and learn.

Do you have his full name and at least the state he lives in? As mentioned earlier search google by his email address, try to find some of his social media accounts. If you can locate one send messages to his family members and friends. If he is on NAXJA search for all the post he has made, try to find out if he has any real life friends on the forum he wheels with, message them.

It seems a little low, but if someone ripped me off a weeks pay I would try to contact everyone from the person who cuts the grass at his house to his third grade teacher to try to guilt him into making things right.

I do not want to post his personal info on here, but do a quick google search for his email address. The second link that came up (the first one was this thread) appears to be a data dump for an SQL file that has not only his full name but his address as well. If you can not find this file let me know I saved a copy of it incase it dissapears. I do not want to post all of his information, but his name may be Gene Taylor and he may be from Virginia. Hell this file even has a phone number that may or may not be his........

I would call that phone number that comes up in the google search tomorrow and find out if it his him. You do not have to lie to him, just find out if it is him and ask what the deal is. If that is indeed his name you could start looking on social media sites for his account right now.

Also the phone number that comes up in that google search has an 828 area code, so if you are searching for him online also check around the area of Asheville NC.
