Aisin-Warner AX-15 correct? NOT Peugot BA-10/5? if that's true it sure gives me a lot more options for picking-and-pulling from junkyards in the event my 5-speed ever craps the bed, correct?

Special thanks to poster ck1 who gave my new rig a once-over and told me all the things that are wrong with it! First on the list: my freshly flushed coolant already has rust and crap in it, my radiator is on its last legs, my water pump is original, and what the hell some of the hoses can be replaced while we're at it, so now I'm shopping for radiators. I also need a new fan blade and shroud, fan clutch is OK. Build thread coming soon enough!

Thanks again to CK1. He was very knowledgeable and accomodating, and even offered to help me with major repairs! Jeep people stick together and I love that.

As a bonus: with all the Mickey Mouse things I need fixed (like my tail lights which the PO managed to screw all up somehow), I at LEAST have a REALLY clean undercarriage with NO cancerous rust! Bonus.

Hey welcome to the forum! I looked at your pictures you took nice If I were you though I would take off the door panels (black/silver stripes on doors) on the outside since you're missing half of them and it's mismatched, besides that great looking ride you got there and super clean interior!

Honestly that did occur to me. It would at least MATCH that way. I don't need rubber door guards out in the wilderness anyway, that's shopping center parking lot stuff! Thanks for the welcome.
