Question Keep it, or leave it?

Well, I just noticed there was rust engulfing the floor pan all across the jeep. It's so bad that you can literally push up on the metal and it'll break and you can push up on the bottom of the interior carpet. (Pictures Below) And I was wondering if it would even be worth it to take all that rusty metal out and weld some new metal in, or if it would be better to just sell it to someone else that has more time and money to put into repairing all of it.

Sorry about the blurry pics

pull the carpet, either weld in or use self tapping screws to fasten some new metal in there. coat the under side with some undercoating and paint the inside with rustoleum or tremclad.
leave the carpet out unless you want to do this again in a couple years.
