Latching Mechanism For Rear Bumper
I built a tire rack for my rear bumper a few months ago. It rattles to much so i got rid of the spear tire see if that would help. Didn't help so i need ideas for a latch. Please help me come up with a latching mechanism. is a box tubing swing arm the needs to latch to the bumper, The bumper has a level top then the back side (of the bumper) is down and backwards at a 45 degree angle.

you could also use a knu-vice style like i did heres one made by De-STA
then theres the slam latch style

many ways to keep it from rattling best bet is to look what others have used and said about it then pick whats best for you
personally i like the knu-vice style with the 2000# holding itll keep it from rattling if its clamped to a back stop and you dont have to leave the tube open so no water will get in and rust the bumper from the inside out
