I'm the second owner of my 95 XJ Sport. I've had it for about 16 months. It currently sits at 76k miles, and it had 64k when I purchased it.

My '00 Sport. Driven every day since I bought it. My 3rd XJ. Bought it stock and 225k miles, salvaged some of the lift and various part from my totalled '98 and put all of it on this one. Now I have 237k and drive it 65 miles a day and beat on it on the weekends. Still hasn't skipped a beat. And no it's not the original head or engine.

My XJ's have always been dd's. They are technically the "extra car" but when one is down or needing work, I hop in and take it to work 90 mile round trip no problem. It's all highway, mine can sing along at 80 with a trailer no problem.
My old black 94 XJ Sport 2dr 4x4 had 210k when the frame rotted out. My new white 95 XJ Sport 2dr 4x4 has 240k and I drove it to work today. I would say my Buick and Jeep get about equal time as a DD. My wife does the same thing, if she needs to haul something or its bad weather, she takes the Jeep (she grew up with them and is the reason I bought ours)
Pics are being a pain, coming soon
This pic is from the day I bought Betty White, she was a week away from the scrapyard (They were going to junk her because of rotted floorboards), new battery/tires/swaybar end links and she was brought back to life like a snickers bar!

Breathing a little life into the thread
We bought a new house with some land and a pond. Our XJ (now affectionately named "Serenity" and definitely driven daily by a Brown Coat) is now pulling double duty as our land/pond checking transport. Our F-150 would make it if I put different tires on it, but the XJ fits the VERY narrow trails through our woods nicely. F-150? Probably not so much.
Still daily driven, over 160,000 miles on it, and replacing a flex end or two once they come in.
Keep those daily drivers rolling!
