it has the taps for the d rings and the hitch is bellow it. but i would agree on the hitch being built in would be nice. still a great looking bumper.

Heres my front bumper for 2004 WJ, I fabed up 5 of these bumpers for $400.00 per bumper with powder coated, light tabs, an flag mount.Let me know what you think.Thanks Gordy call me any time.269-832-5266
