I think it is a direct swap and you get disc breaks too.

Wouldn't the liberty have coils in the rear?... That would be way to much work for an 8.25, even with disc breaks!

As far as a grill swap, anything is possible with the right skills! Get on it.

Ive thought about doing like a CJ grill & hood on the XJ for a clean dove nose.

This is a picture of one of the best CJ grills on a XJ I have seen thus far.

He did it well, but it's just not my style. The XJ is so boxy, round headlights just look strange to me.

The guy that owns that orange XJ used to be a member here. He was kicked off the forum for being a sore loser. When his Cherokee didn't win the Cherokee of the Month contest, he claimed the poll was rigged. This forum is better off without people like that.

Hey it doesn't look that bad. I'd of done it in black instead of chrome. Kinda looks like a cross between an old IH scout and a 60's style Bronco. Im just saying we all make mods for our own tastes rather than to impress others. If we were all flash for show we'd be driving Honda's.

I thought it looked good, just a loser for leaving this great forum just because he didn't win.
