Thank you! Love the Steel Blue! Although i saw an orange XJ the other day, and it looked great!
Thanks! I'm still trying to decide if i want to paint the black plastic to match the Steel Blue (like a Classic) or just take a heat gun to it.
Thank you!
Like i said before, this would not have been possible without this forum, so thank you!

Well thank you! Just need to take a heat gun to the plastics, and darken them so they match better.

They're actually 16" Pro Comp 8069 series alloys. They look just like steelies though. Just lighter.

Looks great!
In regards to the clunk, check all the bolts. You are supposed to torque them to spec with the wheels on the ground. Did you reuse the factory bolts? The Shocks may be loose on the bar pins and can slide/clunk. The trac-bar usually pops when making turns but I would check that as well. Good luck.

try doing this
looks like your shackle is hitting your exhaust....just like mine did, made an awful lot of noise. all that is is 2 pieces of heavy duty rubber and 2 heavy duty zip ties, they wont melt and they're not really noticeable at all

That's not a bad idea, i'll have to try that. The front end clunk was from the long arms hitting the factory control arm brackets, but those have been cut off. Took the Jeep on a bumpy dirt road through the mountains today though, and there was another clunk coming from the back. Probably from the exhaust hitting the shackle.
