Joints- again i havent had problems with thier joints just grease them when u get an oil change every 3000 miles and shouldnt have a problem even if u were to wear the bushings after a while they cost like 10 bucks a pair

Rough Country is plenty good enough to do 70 percent of what most "offroaders" would try or do in general. I personal dont see why so many people have problems with RC makes no sense to me sense its a great lift for the price, granted if your going to be doing King of the Hammers you wont be using a RC lift ud most likely get the top of the line but that would be covered by sponsors for the most part.
IMO all brands will have a lemon part every now dont matter if u pay $500 or $2500 for ur lift parts well break...

Seen their newer long arm kit with a bent lower arm. Even had a cracked main leaf eye.
But hey keep buying them guys. They pay for my mortgage with the repairs we have to do.
Only thing I would say is good is their customer service which is wonderful. But doesn't help when you have to replace parts.
We don't do installs........ Just saying

We have replaced bent trackbars, sagging coils and leafs, even had a control arm have a crack at the weld, bent and dents transfer case skids which is popular, had many center pins snap, numerous and I mean numerous sets of their flex joints even with continuous greasing. I do give them credit though that they admit they have a serious issue with their joints.

Never used their customer service dept. coils seem to be decent. I have only seen on set of leafs come I that needed new bushings and center pins. Seen pics of scary broken trackbars though
