I am not sure if this is a stupid question or not (I cant find anyone else asking it) When I find the tires I am not sure of the correct size rims to get?
Should I get the stock size 15x6 ?
example: "Ironman All Country A/T says the approved rim Width is 7 - 9 for the 31X10.50R15"
I know the rims have to be 15"s but is there a limit to the width I should look for?

Tire Size: 31X10.50R15
Approved Rim Width:7-9
Pro Comp Series 97 Rock Crawler, Flat Black $58.99x4 (free shipping w/tax $222.35)
SIZE:15"X 8"
BOLT PATTERN:5"X 4.5"
OFFSET:-19mm
BACK SPACING:3.75"
Zone 3" Suspension System w/Rear Leaf Springs $510.94 (w/tax and shipping $795.39)
Add 1" T-Case Drop Kit +$33.46
Add (4) Nitro Shocks +$27.28

good list man seems like you are all set! I wouldn't install that t case drop right away. You may not even need it, but if you do get vibes, 1 inch is excessive for a 3 inch lift imo. Probably would only need about quarter inch or so

I just recently installed a 3" Trail Masters lift kit for my Jeep. For the price it wasn't a bad deal, but the ride is pretty stiff and customer support was virtually non existent. It served its purpose though.
Another point, please research more on what you'll need when doing this type of thing. You will most likely end up upgrading other parts of the suspension / drivetrain like extended brake lines, SYE, dropped pitman arm, steering stabilizer, etc. If you're not going off roading, personally I'd recommend a smaller lift and/or just replacing suspension with OEM parts that are new.

Can i suggest a bastard kit.
Get 3 or 3.5" coils, from amazon,
Shocks from a Rubicon JK/JKU (Red/black ones)
Add a leaf to your stock springs, pull a leaf from a Check pickup the long one below the main.
I used JK swaybar DC links cut to length and welded back together.
I used a S10 drop shackle from Autozone, or amazon, flipped over for and 1.5" lift.
At 3" I wouldn't expect to need a transfer case drop unless you have a 99 or newer, they seem to vibrate for some reason.
$150 or so depending on how good you are at shopping.
I would avoid Rancho coils they ride like a bread truck, I changed mine to Superlift coils, man are they nice. Ride better than stock.
Ditch the rear swaybar. Cost me a tire when it came loose out wheeling one day.
Replace the right side motor mount bolts with Grade 8's, the stock ones will break out wheeling.
Replace the tie-rod with an aftermarket one, i like Iron rock off road on mine, or hit salvage yard and get all the linkage from a V8 ZJ Grand, the XJ stock tie rod is .060 hollow, and is a serious danger with larger than stock tires. you will appreciate how much better the XJ drives afterwards too.
