lug nuts
How do I remove a stripped lug nut? And how do I get my lug nuts not to stick in the first place? I keep getting the same issue I tried new studs and lugs nuts but I live way way way back in the deep woods so mud sand and dust is unavoidable.

I've done 85 for years with no issues. Some people go 100. Could be because of large tires I don't know. I'm running 235's but went no more than 90 with 33's on CJ's.

I also torque to 100 ft-lb, dry. No compound on the lug studs.
How badly stripped is said lug? You could try a "bolt extractor socket," which I've had success with in the past. Past that, melt the female-dog off with a torch. Expect more damage with that method.

I have always snapped them off by putting a piece of pipe over the lug nut or using a 4 way or a breaker bar turned sideways. crank it back and forth/up and down hard and it will snap off. BUT this does not apply to many styles of aluminum wheels due to there being no room in the lug hole for the movement needed to break them off
I always have antiseeze on my studs. Not slobbered on just residue basically very very little. Some people will disagree with that but I have always done it and always made sure they are tight enough to not come loose. Been doing this for 12 years

Been doing the same since vehicles came out with disc brakes.
