One point I might add is its the manufacture who decides on how their products are packaged, not all that many vendors box up their leaf springs. I did receive a set one time that was packaged but the box was torn open on the end and it looked like it had been ran over by a fork lift.
Oh yes then the day the UPS truck backed into my driveway instead of using the circle drive just beyond where all our trucks and trailers turn around and he backed into the hip roof guttering even left brown paint.

I bought my lift from Morris (still not installed) and had no problems but it shipped Fed-ex from the MFG, not from Morris. Can't blame Morris for that, keep inventory at a min when you can. That being said it may have been the mfg shipping account which would make it even harder for Morris to fight the battle.
From experience work related, dealing with lost product sucks!!!!
UPS lost it, if they had it, they would have delivered it. Instead of looking for it they will try to write a insurance check of minimal amount and close the case. Professionally I had this happen with some Turbine Blade and finally after six months and several monetary threats they miraculously found our blades.
I'm sure Morris did everything they could.

Well the elusive leaf spring arrived today via fed ex, 20 days from the original order date.. Morris did state they ship these from their stock. Glad to finally receive it! This one also look like it bounced around on the way here and label wasn't secured all that well. Seems like a little shink wrap would solve a lot of headaches..

It really is a crap shoot on shippers. I have had the best luck with UPS. I avoid FedEx like the plague, only because they ripped me off to the tune of $1500, on an ebay sale I shipped through them, I personally dropped the packages off at their store, and they were "lost" there. Don't ask me how. Opened a dispute and got the run around. Never did get resolved. It was enough for me to vow NEVER to do business with them again.
USPS has lost more packages than I can count, however, their insurance always made good.

Nice
Looks like you may need some Adj. lower control arms to center the tire in the wheel well and maybe some uppers to set the pinion angle on the front differential.

I used the control arms the kit came with. I still need to install my T case drop so that should help some.

While I was still working there, both in the warehouse and in the marketing department, we always had problems with UPS...FedEx wasn't as bad but there were still issues there too. Problem with leafs is that they all arrived on pallets and we would have to match them up with the corresponding leafs. When they'd go to order processing, we'd zip tie them together, throw on some packing tape and the packing label, and then wrap more tape around that. No surprises, leafs would go missing in transit.
CS has a way of doing things...I could never understand that way but oh well lol
Glad the situation was rectified and all is good.
Lee is the go-to guy for getting things kicked into hi gear over there...he just walks in and they all take off lol
