All those poor 4.0's destroyed for some extra change toward a "New" Honda or some junk. Naaa doesnt sound to great to me. Now more power to the people turning in the Toyota and hondas clunkers, keep up the good work!!

Even sadder than the nice XJs, my buddy worked at a salvage yard during c4c. Just that one yard destroyed several classic Datsun/Nissan Z cars (280 and 300), a few with no rust and good bodies, which is rare since every Z these days has rust and beat up bodies.

it was a worthless program. it angers me cause they could of done like a cars for charity. give 1000 more of what your vehicle is worth and give the cars for very cheap to people who need them most. a c4c block cannot be used and roll off bodies could not ether. and the salvage yard owner only had 6 months to have the body stripped or the government ordered the remains of the vehicle to be crushed. i take great pride in my xj. il keep my problematic sport,y? cause its mine and i love it!
