If your engine has good oil pressure and doesn't smoke, run it. Only replace or rebuild if its really necessary.
I wouldn't trust someone else's rebuild unless the seller can supply receipts from a reputable shop or manufacturer...A lot of unscrupulous sellers will claim the engine/trans is rebuilt but can not seem to come up with receipts.
Also, why would they rebuild one of these transmissions when they are practically bullet proof to begin with and good used ones almost can't be given away?
