Default Muffler?

What type of muffler should I get? I was thinking one from flowmaster but i can't decide which one would be best. I want one that can have a loud aggressive sound but kinda quiet on the trails so I can hear what people are saying. Does anyone know of such a thing?

40 series is the most common. the bigger the number eg 50series,60series the quieter it will be. I'm running a 40 and I like it. it's not crazy loud, it just has a nice tone and will talk to you when the go pedel gets smashed.

I'm a magnaflow guy! Picked one up at autozone for $10 bucks more than the flowmaster super 40, and the welds are cleaner and its polished and looks very nice! But anyway the sound is only loud when you Want it to be, Its perfect!

From what I've heard it makes them sound pretty much like a ricer/tractor

I agree with the ricer sound, again cheap sounding, YouTube is a good place to look but make sure its on a 4.0I6 bc out motor sounds way different on a muffler than a v6 on say a Ford...

I disagree, and a guy from my area thought the same thing until he heard mine.

You will never get the true sound coming from some computer speakers. Maybe thats why it sounded the way it did to you.

Cheapest option out there. $20 loss if you dont like it and just throw it away.

They are universal, though and you could always sell it for half price if needed.
