In all fairness I do understand the OP's frustration. Assuming he also paid the shop to cut his fenders and install the bushwackers, he probably paid a decent amount. And I'm willing to bet the shop tried to blame it on the product and not the install.

In my opinion, the shop did not do the job they were contracted to do. Is it a legit shop, or is it just a bunch of ******s who only want to make a dollar and don't care about the customer?
Honestly, if you came into my shop (when I had one, right now I'm working for someone else in another shop) and one of my employees did this, the repair would come out of their pocket. They quite simply did not do the job right and now your XJ looks haggard.
