Ya unfortunately I don't have a welder either. That's something I am looking into getting eventually. Just don't have the spare cash laying around for one yet.
Ya that's my Millinium falcon. LOl.
Ya it use to be my parts rig,....but I've done picked and striped just about everything off of it that is any use to me. So its getting ready to go to the metal scrap yard now. I know my wife will be happy when it does go. You don't know how much greif I get from her about it being on blocks in are yard for all the neighbors to see.

UPS just droped off my new toy for my new toy.
Smittybilt X2O 10,000LB Winch. With a Smittybilt Winch Cover.
Let's see what's inside.
Hmm. Looks good so far. But where's the winch.
There it is. LOL.
And everything laid out on the table for me to inspect.
Everything checks out so far. Now just to get it installed, and do a first trial Pull with it to get myself familiar with its operations.

Well yesterday I pulled off my winch bumper from my 96 cherokee and installed it onto my new 99 cherokee. And then I installed my new Smittybilt X2O 10,000LB Winch with the Winch Cover.

Thanks, NO RDPLZ. Ya I got a pretty sweet deal on it I think. It's fairly clean on the outside, there are a few scratches and dents here and there. But nothing that concerns me. The inside was well taken care of. No rust that I can find on it. And runs top notch. It has a few extras on it like the 5" lift and 32" BFG tires, K&N intake, throttle body spacer, Hypertec programmer, flowmaster exhaust, Advance Adapters SYE & Tom Woods Drive Shafts Front & Rear. Its only got 128K on the clock. Which I think is pretty decent for being 13 years old. That's an average of about 9,850 miles a year, so about 820 miles a month. Not to bad I'd say. Heck my old 96 cherokee which is only 3 years older has 238K on the clock. So a pretty BIG difference from 3 years. Not bad for $3,300 cash I'd say.

Yep I sure am, EVERYTHING is coming off of my old 96 and is being installed onto my new 99. Then once I get everything switched over and the 96 put back to stock, I will be selling the 96.

Kinda both. I really like the newer ones. I love the interior better than the old ones. I think the front and rear look better with how they are a little more rounded off, then the older ones. And its got way way less miles then my 96 has. And the 96,.. 5-speed was starting to give me trouble. So instead of having the 5-speed worked on or replaced I figured with the same amount of money or almost the seme amount I could just buy a newer one. So that's what I did.
