Update.

Installed OME 2" rear leafs and OME 1.75" springs and .25" spacer.
Installed USED Rough Country shocks from the pick n pull. Supposed to be a temp fix because my 5100s were backordered.
ZJ Tie Rod with new TRE.
Driveway alignment.

The Jeep is much more stable, and I was comfortable at 65+, when I was previously uncomfortable at 50 mph. It actually drove good enough that I'm considering keeping the used RCs on there. I'm happy to move forward with my XJ now, so thanks for all the advice!

how much lift did the ome leafs give you? which ones did you get? is it level, or does it have a rake?

That is good to hear, Once you receive your 5100's and install them you will wonder what you even thought about keeping the RC shocks trust me ! ( My XJ came with RC shocks and a Tuff Country Lift , It is now running a RE lift with Bilstein 5100's )

I took my RC shocks off my YJ lift last year (since sold it for the XJ) and put 5100's on it. The ride was better offroad for sure. Not so sure on the road though. Felt "boaty" on the freeway. I looked up reviews and read where others said the same.

Great thread, this sort of thing is the reason I joined CF in the first place.

Its also cool to see a build that is focused on safety, something that we should all be concerned with.

I am curious if you have more lift in the rear than front or if the 10mm spacers leveled it out. OME is a great company, congrats.
