happened to me in my toyota, none of the fuses were blown, but i replaced the necessary one just to be sure, and bam. it came on. they dont have to be burnt to be blown, so jsut swap one out and check

Don't mean to steal the thread but I have the same exact problem, what ground should be checked, swapped out a couple of fuses and that wasn't it.

I did it by just pulling my deck out and there should be a black wire and fallow it and make sure it's grounded to something good. I just re-wired mine...

Yeah but that black wire goes way in the back and I can only trace it far as I can see it, inst that the power for the headunit? how did you rewire yours?

Oh it might be different for yours. I took mine and went strait through the firewall to a bolt on the fender.
