I talked to a Moderator, and got permission to start it over again. He stated that if any name calling or foul language comes up, they will be much more harsh, and besides, NO ONE WANTS TO DEAL WITH THAT!!!! so keep it fun and to the point, thats why it was originally started guys, its much more fun that way!!!!

When its totaled by your insurance Co but your still doing mods to it.

been there lol i am on my third lift now and every time i have waited on UPS to show up and already had her pulled apart waiting to put the new one on in the snow so i could take her out to play lol

lol i looked past the old lady aspects of the jeep (rims, stickers, floormats, plates) and saw the inner beauty of it, like the 5 speed, the H.O. I6, the CB radio, and the fact that its a jeep Its a jeep thing, others dont understand lol i do have to admit though, the lady was pretty cool for owning the jeep. she was selling it because she had just bought a brand new jeep liberty. other than her creepy pug addiction, that makes her pretty cool to me lol

now thats how you know you drive an XJ you can look past all the crap and see such potential with a little TLC

and i know my XJ gets very jealous when i drive my truck or when i drove my old YJ and left her at home because she will get temperamental with me

 

You know you drive an XJ when you talk to your Jeep whenever you drive, and call her by name. (ex- "Alright, let's go Chery" "Let's go home Chery" "Good job Chery") You also know you drive an XJ when you hear a lound "CLANK!" after hitting a bump too hard and think "CRAP! I broke something..." only to find it was actually the skidplate in the cargo area you haven't been able to install yet. And BlueXJ- you're awesome, thanks for allowing this thread to be resuscitated.

tell Cherry that Dixie says hello and i have done that before but in my case i had my high-lift sitting on top of my tool box in the back and forgot about it and hit a bump too fast and it hit my back window and it scared the crap outta me and i'm like....UGH! something else to fix

 

You know you drive an XJ when your friends get upset at you because youre too busy modifying it when they want to go party. (I dont want to get drunk anyway)

 

x2 but the good thing is that all the friends i have now have cherokees as well so we just have the "work on the XJ's party" lol we have about 10 in our little group
