When you make a sudden detour because the parking lot is flooded about a foot in some areas... Gave the people at the bus stop quite a show!
When you consider puddle hopping in a parking lot a good way to clean your undercarriage.

When you have the following conversation with a parking ****:
****: You can't park there!
Me: You appear to be confused, allow me to enlighten you. I can park there. As you can plainly see, I've just done so. I can park there because that is a Jeep Cherokee and it's more than capable of parking on that mound of dirt. I believe what you are trying to convey is that I am not allowed to park there.
If you owned a Cherokee, you would understand the difference.
****: Just move your car.
Me: Ah, but you are still confused, that's not a car. A car can't park there. A Cherokee can. But since I understand what you really are trying to say, I'll move my JEEP.
****: Whatever.

When you work at a parts store so you can afford the parts to fix your xj...
When you're spending time on CF instead of finishing your resume on Monster...
When you look at a raise or a promotion as a good excuse to "buy more parts" when you should really be buying things for your home/apartment...
When the only one in your family who gets the "Jeep thing" is your little brother and thats only because he drives an xj himself...
When you attempt to sell organs to afford that 6" lift...

YKYDAXJ when you can help your friend move, load up as much stuff as possible with the seat down. Then go to his new house, and drive up the 10" curb, and up and over the 2 steep hills, turn around between a tree and his house, then back the Cherokee up right to the door to unload. why carry everything 50feet when you have an XJ?
