That is so true. I've only had mine for a couple days and even with a broken seat, it's better (more fun) than my other two.

You know you drive an xj when it has tons of rust/dents and you still like it better than your brand new car.

YKYDAXJ when you do your rear brakes, then you have a weird sound coming from the rear end...and it turns out to be the U bolts that were a tad loose...but they only did it right after to do the brakes from the lines to the drums.

YKYDAXJW you think your muffler fell off before considering the possibility of an open door.

Or when your tiers chew up the asphalt on a hot day.
-I work at an airport (extra tarry asphalt) and when I came back from lunch I noticed I had left long black tire tracks. I thought "wow there is a lot of oil on my tiers!". But then I noticed the asphalt was pitted!

YKYDAXJW your brother tells you his friend said "your brother really just cruises through those trails fast in that thing"

refering to old quad and horse trails that havent really been used in 2 to 5 years. while being followed by a quad and a ford ranger. the ranger couldnt hang, getting stuck twice, and thru off his alignment, broke his windshield and passenger mirror.

oh, and while wheeling these trails and having to stop numerous times for them top catch up. and never doing anything more than idling along in second gear.

f*ck yeah xj. f*ck yeah.
