Hatin' ? It did it for 1 month. For the upper rear shackles drill a small hole directly in line with the captured nut on the inner side and spray daily. For the rear upper shocks spray through the access panel next to them. In addition I sprayed, loosened a little, sprayed, tightened, loosened and repeat!

You know you drive an XJ when you feel no reserve spending more money on it to keep it going past 320,000 miles!
You know you drive an XJ when you spend days looking at wiring diagrams trying to fix an electrical issue, even though you've already fixed dozens on it already.
You know you drive an XJ when you and two other siblings can't resist themselves to buy one!
Ps. I look and see what everyone else has for a rear axle cuz somehow I lucked out and got a Dana 44 on mine when I bought it for 100 bucks! I have yet to see another XJ around here with one
Also... You know you drive an XJ when most of the posts you've just spent hours reading fit your situation perfectly

When you come up on construction taking up more than 3/4 of the road and get excited because they are sending you over the curb half way in to the ditch!
Same when a giant tractor comes at ya... Gotta get around them some how lol.

Ykydaxjw you swerve to hit small branches hanging down just because you like the sound it makes when it makes contact with your antennas
