Has anyone dealt with them? Im looking into getting some square pod lights for my bumper and so far they are the best in price and power output. I have seen alot of good reviews and they seem like a good company. But when searching them up on google today i saw a lot of negative reviews about how they suck at shipping, communicating, and getting their product to the door. anyone done business with them that was good?

If you read through the actual reviews you would see that the customers were very difficult to deal with and blew things out of proportion and were very rude. In the end everybody was taken care of very well. You cannot please every single customer. Another note was the main review that pops up was during a very busy time of year... Right after Black Friday... so... things happen...

While my comment may not sound pleasing it is honest. Some people are very hard to please. We do a lot of business and you will never find the good reviews. We have a long list of them. Google tends to hide all the good reviews and really only shows the bad ones.... = Lame

I can't speak for everyone but i rather deal with a company that is up front and honest,Then ones that give you the run around with a problem happens.Or worse tell you its on back order after you placed a order.
