Default Opinions needed

Whats up guys? I'm new here and am looking for some opinions. I've got a 4-wheeler in the trader for sale, i'm asking $3,200 OBO. A guy calls me asking if I'd be interested in a trade for a 4x4 truck, turns out he has a 92 Jeep cherokee. He texts me a couple pics and gives me some brief info on the Jeep. He also has it for sale on craigslist, here is his add... This is a 92 cherokee laredo with 190k 4.0 v6 it the interior is all there and is like new ac needs charge has a 8inch rustys lift kit all done rite by mechanic it has 35/12.50/17 inch pro comp tires that have little life left on front but half on backs no cutting stock fender flares, the truck drives great i take every day and on the e-ways drives straight not hacked together. The whole front end has been rebuilt such as new wheel hubs, all steering bars, brakes rotors and pads, stabilizer, end links, brake lines, 5inch springs with 3 inch spacers, back has shackles, the leafs came with the kit, new flowmaster with turn down sounds good, extended shocks all 4, just had a front end allignment, sway bar quick dis. cold air kit, tune up, valve cover gasket, push bumper, brand new control arm drop brackets. may have missed some stuff also have good stock wheels to go with good for snow the one pic is old i put the flares back on and it has a skid plate to cover steering bars painted red along with the diff cover
There aren't a awhole lot of pics but, here is what I have. Also a pic of the 04 Honda TRX450R I'm trying to sell. One of my main concerns is the milage. How many miles are yall getting up to on you're jeeps? Thanks guys for any input.

lol, I didn't notice that until you pointed it out. He had mentioned something on the phone that the original engine may have been swapped out, so there might be less miles on the engine than the body. I'm thinking I let the add run it course and see if I get any cash offers for the quad. IF not, I might be looking into this. Here is a picture of my last jeep (97 grand cherokee w/ the 318 and full time all wheel drive)

well he said its an 8" rusty then he said it has a 5" spring and 3" spacers. A 8 rusty lift is a long arm lift right? And, it comes with a 8" spring no spacer. He may have a rear spring and shackle from rusty. Plus, he has 8" lift with short arms. Im my opinion its not "done rite"

I just looked a the pic again and its not even real lift shackles for our jeeps. If you notice it has those cheap ones from the auto parts store.

I wouldnt pay $3200 for that jeep so I say no trade.

I live near Effingham, which is about 100 miles east of St. Louis. That picture of my old jeep was taken in Arkansas at my grandparents crystal mine.

Sweet, I'm in Highland, about 30 miles east of St. Louis along I70.

I think that it looks clean, but with the questionable lift job, it certainly doesn't look $3200 clean. That kind of cash could get you an unmolested or tastefully modded 97-2000 XJ.

Personally, I'd pass. Nice 4-wheeler though.

Wait for cash I say. Keep looking. That 92 is probably worth around 2000-2300 in my opinion. Just cuz its got a lift doesnt mean you add 1000.

I Agree, it s half assed lift and will just cause you problems. And the engine thing sounds funny. I wanna say if your willing to work on it and can get maybe $500-$1000 on top of the trade it may be worth it, but def not straight up. It still sounds a lil funny though.
