I have a 1994 2 door Cherokee XJ. My left front brake caliper locked up on me so I started looking for the best option for replacement. Advance Auto has a single piston, zinc coated with a plastic piston or steel. Everything I read said to go with the plastic as it will resist corrosion alot better. And the Zinc coated caliper looks great compared to the regular rusted cast iron. The kicker was that there was a $35 core charge on a part that cost $32.99!!! Yep, that's right, Advance Auto paid me $2 to change my calipers, and actually upgrade to the zinc coated, plastic piston! Just a heads up to anyone who may be needing new calipers, be sure to shop around as I couldn't believe my luck
