I'd definately go this route... Just had some track bars, and suspension powdercoated locally, very very happy with the results... not super pricy and it looks incredible..... keep em

The graphite is sick is that powdercoat?

I was at the Jeep dealership today and they had some wranglers with the black moabs. They look so badass.. Id send em to the powdercoater

Yeah, but that's the new Moabs that are flat spoked. The TJ Moabs look horrible when they're black. Mine have some rock rash on them and I still wouldn't change them from the original silver. IMO, since they're in good shape, leave them as they are. But, if you're absolutely set on painting them, do a graphite. It'll look much better than black.

Thanks for the input guys..gonna hold off on painting them for now..just took my fender flares off getting ready to trim this week

use plasti dip, if you dont like it it will peel off.

Nope. TJ Moabs are 16x8, JK Moabs are 17x7.5

Good choice on waiting for the painting, they look great the way they r now. They make ur xj look killer! Ive been looking for a set on CL for a decent price

Thanks russell..i think i might just leave them the way they are and if i want black wheels i will just get some later. it looks weird with the flares off but will look bad *** with the fenders trimmed i cant wait

I painted my stock wheels black, I dont regret it because I did it the right way and they turned out perfect, but it suxs when you get a rock chip and you have to do some touching up on them. So Ive been lookin for some black pro comp styles also. And ya man it will look bad *** Trimmed !
