I have some pictures of mine on my treads before and after. It took 9 cans on desert camo tan and 4 cans of flat clear to do my jeep. Just made a paint booth in the garage. From plastic painters drop cloth.

going to do it soon, weathers been nice. how much should i sand the old paint job off? and what grit? 220? wet sandpaper? curious as to what other prep work you guys did before painting it.

All I did was hand sand it scratched up the surface and started painting I'm going to be banging it up so I'm not going to fancy if you know what I mean. Its all up to you 220 would work wet sand it for sure. I'd just take it down a bit just so the paint will have some thing to grab on to

yeah nothing fancy, gonna get beat anyways lol. thanks for the input. I should get it done in a week or so, debating if i should heruline the interior first tho since i pulled out all the carpet a while back when i swamped it.
