I don't believe lcog consists of rly big tires on a rly small lift. I believe it comes from the width of your tires and the hight of your rig. No offense but 2" on 33's and stock axles (to me) isn't low cog. 2" lift on 33's and full width waggy 44's is low cog or 2" on 33's on 1tons (way overkill) is low cog. Just my .02.
ATLSRT8 is low cog

True, but on the east coast we have trees to navigate between, wider isnt always better..
A combination of low and stable is what Im shooting for, I could go to full widths but then I would have a harder time in these south east lines.

Im just saying think about it, 30/8.25 combo on two rigs, one runs 33/12.50/15's on 3" and 2" wheel spacers on 3.75 backspaced rims. The other runs 36/12.50/15 on 3" and 3.75 backspaced rims. Which one (should) be more stable? Theoretically, the wider track is going to be more stable. Plus the 33's aren't going to raise the hight as much as the 36's.
Of course this all depends on how much junk they are carrying and where its at (floor vs roof)... Spare tire location... Jerry cans on racks or bumpers... Etc...
At 4.5" and 33/12.50's on 3.75 backspaced rims, i don't have any problems here on the east coast. And trust me, i've been down some tight trails.
