Pictures of trimmed fenders?

I about to trim mine, but how come some guys have a cut out (like sharp edge look) and some have a little lip (which I like more)??? is it just that they didnt cut/fold the whole thing under? and what do you guys do about the gap between the metal and plastic wheel well?

here is mine 2 in spacer and 32s still rub a little but i need a real lift. followed the lip in the front cut and folded in the rear. i just trashed the inner liner when i did mine

wow, thanks for all the great responses guys, i really appreciate the help. I actually just finished lifting mine last weekend. I did a cherokee bastard pack, zj coils and spacers. Got about 3-3.5 inches of lift, but my new 31's are rubbing quite a bit. My turning radius has been cut down to almost nothing making parking a b****. I'm assuming trimming would be my solution to this? (And keep the pictures coming)
