I have seen one with that color. Though all it had was two stickers on the side so it was probably just a base they got.

That color can look so different depending on light. It goes from a darkish teal to almost white.

That's the HET. Massive 2 stroke Detroit Deisel engines. Meant for towing the Abrams tank around. Those things are awesome.
