Default Pro Comp Mud Terrains?

How do you guys feel about Pro Comp Mud Terrains? Have you had them before? Did you like them? They are really cheap just wondering if they're any good.

I've never personally ran any Pro Comp tires, but alot of people that are into "serious" wheeling hate them with a passion. So with that said, I'd think they'd be good on a mall crawler.

I hate mine. They wear quickly and for the price I am not impressed with them in any aspect. I just bought some goodyear MTRs so cannot wait to get these procraps off my Jeep.

My uses would be to drive to school. Drive on the beach once a week. Occasionally go to the swamp. What tires should I get, keeping in mind I'm in high school with a low budget.

Not even for that. Mine took huge amounts of weight to balance, even after spinning the tire on the rims multiple times. They wore unevenly on all 4 corners and were LOUD.

Cooper STT's, Mickey Thompson MTZ's, BFG KM2's in M/T.

Guess all these statements back up my argument lol. And all these tires mentioned above are great tires.

Spend the extra $30 a tire for a set of good tires it will be worth it in the long run I have a set of BF A/T and they have about 30k on them and just about at the halfway mark

Never had any Pro-comps personally, always thought they looked really lame, not near as aggresive as I like.

look into the General Grabber AT2's, cheap price, nice tread pattern (BFG AT thread pattern) lots of sipping for wet conditions, a strong tire (i beat mine up on the rocks all the time) good in sand/wash's. Plus great wear mileage, i got 30,000 out of a set that i ABUSED!!! my friend still has his and has 50,000 on them.

Goodyear duratrac's. Check them out. They look aggressive, have a real long life, and apparently do great off road.

Don't own em but have only heard good things.

I agree with above the Goodyear Duratrac looks to be the tire you are looking for.
