I have had it on a hoist and pried against everything to check for play, and i just can't figure it out.
Check motor and tranny mounts if haven't already

Check the track bar brackets! I was about a half turn loose and I cranked them suckers down and the noise is gone.

That's what I thought it was, but they're torqued down.. I can't get them to move with a pry bar and I see no signs of movement (worn metal or anything) so I don't know.

I'll have to get a close look at the motor mounts.

I don't get any weird vibrations or anything like that... just the clunk, and it only happens "sometimes", at low speeds, when I hit a bump just right, usually while turning.

Sounds a bit like someone hit the underside of the Jeep with a wrench.. not a "clank" but a hard metal "clunk" or "thud".

And it's definitely not the slip yoke.

After 3.5" lift my axle is pulling to the right a bit and rubbing at one point on sharp turns

Geez I got it easy. Worst I have is a slight bit of bump steer at 7"-8" of lift.
