Default Question about a Jeep I'm buying

So i Found a 94 Jeep cherokee 2 door 5 speed on craigslist. Had two pics up.. It looked pretty good from just looking at pics.. When I talked to the guy he said it had between 170k - 220k. He couldn't remember because he switched out the gauge cluster because it was originally the one with the dummy lights and he wanted the actually gauges. I could be wrong but every Jeep I've owned.. (Around 5 - 3 sticks 2 autos).. The automatics had the dummy lights and the manuals had the real gauges. either some one could've converted it or switched out the cluster like he did... Or he's lying to make it seem better. But I guess if its in good condition it really doesn't matter much.. just trying to figure this guy out before I actually Buy it. I know the 2 door 5 speeds are rare.. Which brings me to question 2 .. How much do people usually pay for a 2 door 5 speed? If its in relatively good condition that is?

I have seen manual Cherokees with the dummy clusters. Mostly on the older ones but I have seen a few 97+.

Bingo, even if it's a POS (high likelihood) he would not tell you, caveat emptor.

There are four clusters that I'm aware of: idiot lights, 3/4, full and diesel. All my autos have the 3/4 clusters. It really depended on the trim level of the Cherokee as to what cluster it got.

And if you owned one with 200k miles and was in fairly good condition what would you sell it for? I'm trying too figure out what I can resell it for.. If I choose to resell it.. I might keep it and sell my current D.D. XJ. Depending on condition. I asked for more pics but I haven't received them yet.

Depending on condition, $1200-$2200. I bought my 2 door 5 speed for $800 with a bad clutch. Mileage doesn't bother me if it holds good oil pressure and the temp is normal.

I've seen other pics through the app that are huge.. Idk oh well.. But yea looks very clean and not alot of rust.. But I'd still have to see the other side and underneath.. Pretty pumped about it otherwise.. I've always wanted a 2 Door 5 speed
