I work with a guy who has Spartan front and rear, in a daily driven tj, no sound unless he hammers it around a corner on dry pavement...and they have beefier springs...and a hardened cross shaft. He paid $600 cdn for both. Hope that helps you a little.

What I meant was, doesn't the Detroit require a carrier swap which also means a ring/pinion set-up?

Hope it helps the OP, we're 100% satisfied with the PowerTrax No-Slip (all 4 of them). Only hear tire squeal around a corner when hammered. I believe all cross shaft/pins, even OE, are hardened.

Yes. The detroit is a full case locker.

The OP stated he wanted a autolocker.....just trying to read between the lines, I don't think the OP understands what's involved in removing the carrier and/or ring/pinion set-up. Definitely wouldn't be a 2 hour install for him or 99% of other folks either.....but a autolocker install would be a 2-3 hrs.
