You heat up your spark plugs? Take them out and hit them with a torch? Because unless the engine is running there's nothing going to them.

No I turn on the power and let the current run through and warm em up like a diesel. I've noticed it starts easier that way.

Like said above, if the engine is not turning over there is no current going to them. Might wanna read up on ignition systems. Spark plugs not Glow plugs!

I bet it's more your fuel pump priming than your spark plugs.

If I plan on opening the hood I have to hit one corner for it to pop open. I park where I can look at her while I'm at work, and at home. I have to do the fuel pump prime as well, damn check valve took a ****. Pushing on the dash when the dash makes noises. Filling her up everytime she's on a 1/4 tank. I ask her how she's doing on a daily basis haha that's about it

I like to do something very similar to what Henry Bankshaft does to his tractor at 1:53

Current doesn't pass through the spark plugs unless the engine is turning over.

When you turn your key, your fuel pump will pressurize the system, so that's probably why it starts up faster.

Has absolutely nothing to do with the spark plugs.
