Rattle Can Bedliners: Whats your favorite?
What do you guys think is the best bedliner in a spray can? Also, any ones I should stay away from?
Thanks,
Taylor

Regular Duplicolor bedliner, NOT the Duplicolor Bed Armor stuff. Very very good texture, VERY forgiving to spray (meaning you don't have to know what you're doing to make it look good), and its cheap. I've got my whole Jeep painted with the Duplicolor rattle can stuff then desert tan rattle can paint over it, I'm extremely happy with the results. Plasti-Coat makes a really good one also, but its hard to find in my area and almost double the price of the Duplicolor. I've tried 5-6 cans of that Rustoleum bedliner and not one of them sprayed right, the only way either of them would spray at all was to hold the can upside down. All of them were purchased separately at different stores over about 2yrs time so it wasn't just a bad batch thing, not sure what was going on there but I'm not wasting my time and money on any more of it.

I've also used the rustoleum on my bumpers, rockers, fender flares, and rear quarters. It holds up well... I run over trees and brush and it doesn't come off. Watch out for the power washer though, that'll take it off if you're not careful.
Never had a can not spray correctly. I even just used an old can from 10 months ago and the nozzle wasn't clogged or anything.

Do not i repeat do not use the duplicolor bed armor spray can worst product ever. It fades in a month, peels off and is easily scratched. My prep was perfect.

I've use both both duplicolor bedarmor and rustoleum. Although the bed armour has been great on my sliders and have held up for a year of abuse. I must say I definitely like the rustoleum much better. Appling is much easier, and a better line x like texture

I used the duplicolor on my rocker panels. After stripping off the first attempt because I got spray happy and put it on too thick...which made a big gooey mess that wouldn't cure...I found the trick was just a couple of light coats. It set up nice and seems to be pretty durable so far. After a week I shot a coat of clear coat on it. Time will tell I guess.
