you need more than 3 mounts per side. you need atleast 5 per side... 7 is supreme

I'm getting this next!! I'm thinking I want that stinger too but I wish it was the hight of the light bar
It looks like if you get the stinger that it has the d ring things integrated into it? Can someone confirm that because that's what it looks like to me, if so I will be ordering this in two weeks!!

Its a jcr bumper so it comes with tie-in plates. The bolt holes on the bumper will bolt to the tie-in plates that run down the uni-body. So it will be more then 3 Bolts per side. Just like how the RC bumper comes with the tie-in brackets as well.

JCR tie in plates go further back on the frame than RC plates and tie into the steering gear bolts. 7 bolts into the frame(4 are thru bolts).

Rough Country tie in plate's front 7 holes are for bolting the bumper parts together. There's only 5 bolts on the frame(2 are thru bolts).

From the front winch bumper page at JCR:
They include our beefy unibody tie-in brackets, light mounts, and a fairlead mount.
From the Tie In Bracket page at JCR:
All of our Cherokee winch bumpers come standard with the tie-in brackets, but they are options on all other Cherokee front bumpers.
Check out the intruction PDF:

That makes no sense at all. Why would a company sell beefy tie-in brakets for a build your own bumper kit but not include them for a bumper that they sell. It makes no sense at all.......All the bumpers they sell come standard with there tie-in brackets. Read what they wright in there description for there bumpers.

Jcroffroad bumpers are quite a bit more expensive, if you wanted you could just drill a couple more holes in the rc bracket

you can buy them and then build your own bumper off of them as well. it is just a butt welded tie in bracket. not uncommon.

and check this right out of their instructions.

but as stated the winch bumper comes with them.

Because it allows them to sell the bumper for a little cheaper so that it seems like they have a competitive price in the bumper market

Im not a huge fan on the whole Bolt in/on process.
I personally would rather have my brackets welded on and my d tabs welded... but that is just me.
