It is (clean) as far as I can tell (just bought it last month). So far from paying attention (REALLY paying attention and looking for issues),the only things I've found are: None of the power window switches except the driver's works (but that one does make all 4 go up and down nicely),A/C doesn't blow cold,but the compressor does work (not that it's needed yet :P ),cruise control doesn't work,only the rear speakers play (but they play very well for "factory replacement speakers",they're Infinity Referance Series),there was a fairly bad oil leak at the rear of the valve pan (fixed with new gasket),and the tires that came on it had the (dry) rot,but as you can see in the pics,I replaced those with 235/75R-15's. LOVING it so far

 

Here's my "Red Star" - it's my first Jeep ever and now I'm fully addicted. It's stock, runs and drives great. Only minor mod will be a mechanical water temperature gauge instead of the "idiot" light in the dash.
