I am 99% sure its the same. Same engine everything. Aside from battery location and the air filter, his stock Wrangler motor is identical to my wife's 92 and my 94.

It might of been because we did it on a 2000. It was just that the holes didnt line up 100%

If you look up the belt number on a Wrangler without a/c it is the same as the Cherokee w/o a/c. I was thinking about getting the same pulley for my 87 but there is a difference, not sure if pulleys are different or what. Could be because of the different alternators. I'll figure it out at some point.
