if your running with no sway bar then your rig need to be a trailer queen not only is it unsafe for you and others around you to drive without a swaybar im sure its illegal thats why they make disconnects

Something else to keep in mind is liability. If you roll your rig or crash and injure/kill someone and they find out you took the sway bars off, they can sue you until you can't **** without doing it in a cup and giving it to them. Lawyers would have a field day with you.

Kind of like putting a heavy load on the end of the forks of a fork truck. Get close to the weight limit and slam it in reverse and you can tip it forward and get the rear wheels off the ground. Same concept, you swerve in a panic situation (kid runs out in front of you or another car does) and the body wants to keep going forward while the wheels go to the side. In an extreme enough situation, the result is a roll over. The further the body rolls, the less weight is transferred to the inside wheels. Sway bars are designed to keep the body from rolling and keep more weight on the inside wheels.
People might be able to drive OK with out the sway bars, but when pushed to the limit on the road, they won't have as much control as they would if they had the sway bars. I would draw a parallel with only having front brakes. Sure, you can drive and stop fine with out the rear brakes under normal circumstances, but try stopping in a hurry to keep from running a kid over and you'll wish you had the rear brakes working.

Oh ok, that makes sense. I hope you know I wasn't at all thinking I knew more then you (I don't lol), I was just wondering if what I learned in physics was true, as teachers tend to lie to us to dumb it down till the higher level classes. What can I say, I'm a science nerd.

Sways are very important on a DD. Most people who are running without them are just buying time for the enevitable.
I had a 94 mustang gt years ago. I upgraded the front sway and added a rear one. thats right the rear had no sway at all. With the bigger front sway, shocktower brace and the rear sway; it was amazing how stable and planted it was in the corner.
So i would agree that you prolly don't need the back sway bar,but def need the front on a DD. you never what idiot is going to pull out in front of you.

Not that I've seen. I would have liked to do that too, but as it turns out I had to remove my rear sway bar when I put on my OME HD leaf springs as one of the spring pack retainers interfered with the sway bar mounts. In all honesty though with the new suspension, I don't notice any difference with the rear sway bar gone.
