Default Restuffin seats

Well being that my rig is 14 years old and I think the previous owner was slightly over weight... The front seats (mostly the drivers) is kinda flat. I was thinking about pulling the covers off and getting some kinda foam to restuff them and plump them up a bit, anyone have any thoughts on this? How do the seat covers come off? The backs are fine its just the bottem of the seats that are flat
