Its really a toss up but I said rims. you can get a limited slip rear end for 150 used and swap that in over 300 for a locker. and then you can sell the old rear diff and maybe end up spending less than a hundred.

I most certainly over looked the 2wd part.

use the money for a 4x4 swap.

Either way even in a 2wd, locker over wheels, peg leg sucks.
