if you have done any type of "real" wheeling, you would realize that you would get further with a open/open 4wd then a locked 2wd.
with that being said, i say lock the rear. it depends on what axle you have (maybe it was mentioned) but lockers can be transferred or you can still use your rear axle if you swap to 4wd.

having a open front and rear 4wd blows but id def rather have that than a locked two hands down was all i was saying. Im locked front and rear and its night and day difference.

Even locking my front diff after wheeling with the rear locked was a huge difference.....
That traction test doesn't test the "locker vs LSD" its a traction control test, testing trac and vsc systems, not really a test that applies to "offroad" use. also a LSD is a half assed lazy locker IMO... lol grabs when it wants but isn't really locked..

i had my rear locked for 2 month before my front and when i did the rear it was a massive difference and then i did the front and ill never have another xj not locked!
