Well thats lame.

 

No kidding. I have a bad rear shock I needed to warranty before parts become unavailable. Really not wanting to change it in the snow. Guess I'll have to suck it up.

 

I bet they're being bought out, I doubt a company such as RE would just pack up and stop business.

 

I wouldn't be surprized.you have to be rockafella to afford their kits.

 

Ugh, I was all ready to buy a kit from them and went to the website... they closed the day before. So now I'm reasearching what lift I want to get, again.

 

I have one. Haha.

 

wow, glad i didn't order anything from them. almost did the other day.

 

this does not mean that they are closing for good or being bought out by someone else.

I've never heard of a company that closees their doors to reorganize, or when they're bought out.

 

WTF....Glad I havent broken anything yet!

 

Their products are still available through suppliers. I dont believe they are being bought out or merging with anyone else. This just means if you can find a supplier with some RE parts you may be able to get them at a lower price, due to a lack of warrenty. Trust me the hard parts are great quality and take much abuse. I've had my kit for about two years now and still impressed.
