Their products are still available through suppliers. I dont believe they are being bought out or merging with anyone else. This just means if you can find a supplier with some RE parts you may be able to get them at a lower price, due to a lack of warrenty. Trust me the hard parts are great quality and take much abuse. I've had my kit for about two years now and still impressed.

Damn... I was saving up for a 3.5" kit.
I've only heard great things about RE, but I mean, I'd hate to jump the gun and pick something up, only to have a fluke and not be covered by a warranty.
Any word on whether they're still honoring warranties? The blog post has an e-mail address for warranty issues...
