When you turn on your headlights just turn that **** some (Its also a dimmer) aka dims or brightens the lights in your dash...sometimes mine dont turn on, then I just fidget with the **** and find "that" spot and theyre fine again.
If that dont do it...I wont be able to help any further.

Use a test light and probe both sides of the fuses in the fuse box, if only one side of the fuse lights, it's blown. The owners manual will tell you what fuse is for what circuit. How long have to had the vehicle?

A bad ground will not blow a fuse, a short to ground will cause the fuse to blow. Pull the radio out and look at the wiring, I'm betting the wire for the stock radio dimmer circuit is shorted to ground behind the radio. But you should check the wirinf at all four corners and see if there are any damaged wires. You should also take a look at any trailer wiring if equiped and check for damaged wiring.
