rustys track bar width, and what you used to make your own
Im at work right now and cant measure but want to figure out what I need to build a new track bar.
Anyone know how wide the frame side bushing is on a rustys track bar, with the drop bracket. obviously not the one with the ball joint.
Im thinking of either using a ballistic joint on that end or a rod end.
suggestions welcome.
pics even better.
I will probably reuse the rustys axle end bushing housing, and new bushings I already have. possible the frame side also, but thinking maybe a good solid joint would be better.

what I have found out is that the inside distance of the track bar mount on the frame end is 1.625" and that the bar is 1.25" O/D.
Rustys wants to send me a new insert, but the end is junk too.
So Im thinking Im gonna cut the old insert off, weld in a new one with a 5/8" heim. Just trying to figure out the I/D of the tube.
