If Finn has the correct link, it looks thrashed. If it were me, i would stick with your current jeep. You don't know what problems that thing has, and from the looks it might have a lot. Just my 2 cents.

Hmm.. unless there is a huge difference in miles.

is it a straight trade, if not and you have to give cash then forget it.

Think about it this way, you will have to replace parts right off the bat and you have a Jeep already and know of anything that needs to be replaced if anything.

That one is stated to have whatever problems but will most likely have more. 2,000 is okay if it was a straight up purchase and had more upgrades.

Personaly I do not like that year.

I would buy it for 1200-1500 cash and keep your other Jeep.

if you're talking about an 88 Harley Davidson sportster. then no, don't do it.

x2

Unless the sporty is a complete basket case it's worth roughly $3k in not so great shape...that XJ looks like it's going to need some pretty serious repairs.

Welcome. I was an HD mechanic for several years so I've seen bikes traded for a lot of things, but yeah, yours is definitely worth more than that xj.

It's cool, I said it's worth more than that other XJ. I'm sure yours is in the same ballpark though I'm personally trying to figure out which addiction is worse (read:expensive) bikes or Jeeps.
